Chemical resistance

Our metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants (according to EN 12720 and ISO 11998 standards). Please refer to the Maintenance page in the annexes for more details.

Implementation

Installation in circulation: expansion strip to be fixed to the wall every 300 mm and hooking profile to be assembled with self-drilling screws under the expansion strip every 300 mm. Leave a minimal space of 30 mm between the wall and the panel edge. The empty joints of the panels with the wall must be balanced during installation to ensure visual consistency.
Grid installation: suspension every 1200 mm starting from the wall at 300 mm and carrier spacing equal to the panel length (up to its self-supporting point) + 20, 25, or 30 mm depending on the expected empty joint of the D92 double carrier. The edge finish can be created with the profiles and empty joint used during circulation installation, provided that the panel lengths are compatible (full panels on the edge) with the room dimensions. The empty joints, whether end-to-end or side-to-side, must be balanced during installation to ensure visual consistency (use of shims recommended).

Disassembling for access to the plenum

Panel opening by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the hooking profile. The panel tilts and remains suspended from the opposite profile. Reinstallation in reverse while maintaining alignment of one element with the other.
