A Renovated Office Floor in the Heart of La Défense

The manager of Tour Manhattan entrusted PLAFOMETAL with the refurbishment of the ceilings on an office floor, with the objective of replicating the existing ceiling aesthetics while meeting very tight deadlines.

PLAFOMETAL implemented custom-made MONOBAC cassettes on a concealed grid system, standardised to optimise production. PM8 self-supporting panels with 30-minute fire resistance were installed in circulation areas and lift lobbies, combining safety and design.

A Custom Solution

This project demonstrates PLAFOMETAL’s expertise in delivering tailored solutions that provide a monolithic appearance, excellent acoustic performance, and easy access to the plenum for maintenance.
