  • Wall-to-wall closed suspended ceiling made of expanded metal panels hung on carriers forming a hidden joint
  • Self-supporting steel panels
  • The panels are equipped with notches at their ends allowing them to be suspended on the framework and dismantled from below

    Installation

    • The direction of light entry through the mesh depends on its installation direction, visually recognizable by its inclination.
    • Depending on the desired visual effect, panels can be installed in the same direction or alternated every two panels.

  • Corrosion resistance

    Ceiling indoors

    • Class B for standard steel frameworks according to EN 13964
    • Corrosion resistance C1 according to EN 12944 for standard steel MESH panels (not covered by EN 13964)
    • Corrosion resistance 2a according to EN 13096 for aluminum MESH panels (not covered by EN 13964)
    • Suspensions and fixations to supports must be selected according to the desired class

  • Cleanability

    By their nature, our metal ceilings require minimal maintenance. However, various cleaning methods are possible. Please refer to the Maintenance page in the Product Catalog appendices for more details.

  • Reservations, integrations

    Customized factory cutting on request.

  • Opening

    Access to the plenum by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the hook-on carrier. Release from the bottom by tilting it to one side.

  • Resistance to disinfection chemicals

    Our metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants (according to EN 12720 and ISO 11998 regulations).

  • Active fire protection

    According to standard EN 12845

    • If there is sprinkler installation above the open cell ceiling panel, the total open flat surface area thereof, including lighting fixtures, shall not be less than 70% of the flat surface
    • In practice, a void percentage greater than 80% is commonly requested for panel elements

    Ceiling void percentage

    • Above 70%: RB35, RB55, RB55 XL, RB75
    • Above 80%: RB55 XL
