Chemical resistance

Our metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants (according to EN 12720 and ISO 11998 standards). Please refer to the Maintenance page in the annexes for more details.

Implementation

• Installation in circulation: wall angle to be fixed every 300 mm and hook-on profile to be assembled with self-drilling screws under the wall angle every 300 mm. Allow for a minimum space of 25 mm between the wall and the panel edge. The panel joints with the wall must be balanced during installation to ensure visual uniformity.
• Grid installation: hanger spacing 1200 mm with wall starting at 300 mm and carrier spacing panel length (up to its self-support) + 7 mm. The edge finish can be done with the profiles and panel joints used in circulation installation provided that the panel lengths are compatible (full panels at the edge) with the room dimension. The joints, whether end-to-end or edge-to-edge, must be balanced during installation to ensure visual uniformity (use of shims recommended).

Disassembling for access to the plenum

• Disassembly of the panel by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the hook-on profile (and the adjacent panel in case of staggered installation). Removal from underneath by tilting it to one side. Reinstallation in reverse while maintaining alignment of one element with the other.
