Chemical resistance

Our metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6% or ethanol 70% disinfectants (according to EN 12720 and ISO 11998 standards). Please refer to the Maintenance page of the appendices for more details.

Implementation

• Installation in circulation: fixing strip to be attached to the wall every 300 mm and hanging profile to be assembled with self-tapping screws under the fixing strip every 300 mm. Leave a minimum space of 25 mm between the wall and the edge of the panel. The gaps between the panels and the wall must be balanced during installation to ensure visual uniformity.
• Grid installation: hanger spaced at 1200 mm with the starting point on the wall at 300 mm and carrier spaced at the panel length (up to its self-support) + 7 mm. The edge finish can be done with the profiles and the gap joint used during circulation installation, provided that the length of the panels is compatible (full panels at the edge) with the room dimensions. The gaps, whether end-to-end or edge-to-edge, must be balanced during installation to ensure visual uniformity (use of shims recommended).

Disassembling for access to the plenum

• Disassembly of the panel by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the hooking profile (and the neighboring panel in the case of staggered installation). Release from below by tilting it on one side. Replacement in reverse order while maintaining alignment of one element to the other.
