Acoustic filling

Offer ALPHA: as standard, a black veil from PLAFOMETAL is thermally bonded to the back of perforated ceilings.
Offer ALPHA PLUS: two filling options are available. A specific surface-insulated material for optimal performance or a specific bagged insulation to prevent fibers.

The acoustic performances of ceiling systems are guaranteed for defined, controlled, and fully delivered products by PLAFOMETAL.

According to standard EN 13501-1 :

Euroclass A1 for non-perforated pre-coated products
Euroclass A1 for pre-coated products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for non-perforated powder-coated post-coated products
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for powder-coated post-coated products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for products from the ALPHA PLUS range

Chemical resistance

Metal ceilings are resistant* to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants. However, we recommend certain disinfectants based on the type of ceiling:

Sodium hypochlorite 2.5%: no visual changes on all ceilings
Hydrogen peroxide 6%: only black post-lacquered ceilings show minor visual changes, no changes are observed on other ceilings
Ethanol 70%: only white pre-lacquered, black post-lacquered, and wood finish ceilings show minor visual changes, no changes are observed on other ceilings

This also applies to all pre-lacquered/post-lacquered steel or aluminum products from the ALPHA, ALPHA PLUS, and DECIBEL ranges. *exposure according to EN 12720; disinfection and wet abrasion according to ISO 11998

Our ceilings are 100% recyclable indefinitely.
They are durable, easy to maintain, non-dust-generating, non-particle or vapor emitting, and are inert and odorless.
They do not promote microbial growth and do not emit VOCs and formaldehydes.
This product has a verified Environmental and Health Declaration Sheet (FDES), downloadable on the website www.inies.fr or in the section Documentations.

Implementation

Implementation according to DTU 58.1
Installation in circulation: Translabac angle to be fixed to the wall every 300 mm and Translabac hanging profile to be assembled by bolts (not provided) under the angle every 300mm.

Disassembling for access to the plenum

Opening of the panel by vertical push, then translation and removal of the panel on the upper flanges of the edge profile. The panel then slides in the plenum above the panels left in place. Reinstallation in reverse manner.
