Elegant and contemporary terraces in Cannes

The Parc Eugénie project, located in Cannes, is a high-end residential development comprising 54 housing units, underground parking levels, and spacious private terraces. Designed by architects Marc Favaro and François Navarro, the project reflects a strong focus on comfort, refinement, and architectural quality.

In this context, PLAFOMETAL was commissioned to equip the ceilings of the balconies and outdoor terraces, with a primary focus on aesthetic integration and architectural consistency.

A solution adapted to residential outdoor spaces

PLAFOMETAL implemented a system of straight-edge, sharp-cornered linear slats, installed on a concealed structure. This solution offers great design flexibility, with the option of perforation to enhance acoustic absorption (αw from 0.85 to 1 – Alpha / Alpha Plus range), while ensuring a modern and directional finish.

A response to architectural requirements

This project highlights PLAFOMETAL’s ability to deliver both aesthetic and technical solutions tailored to high-end residential developments, combining design, modularity, and performance to enhance outdoor living spaces.
