An exceptional venue in the heart of Monaco
A symbol of the Principality’s cultural and economic influence, the Grimaldi Forum is being reinvented in 2024 through an ambitious extension project led by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Valode & Pistre, and Reymond & Giraldi. Offering 41,000 m² of modular space reclaimed from the sea, the venue hosts an average of 100 events and welcomes 300,000 visitors each year for congresses, trade shows, conventions, exhibitions, performances, and concerts.
PLAFOMETAL contributed to the enhancement of these new spaces by supplying 6,000 m² of metal acoustic ceilings, creating a comfortable, flexible, and contemporary environment for visitors.

Working closely with the client, our design office and project teams co-developed every detail of the ceiling system to meet the architectural, aesthetic, and acoustic requirements of the venue.
