Ceiling clipped on concealed grid with PM2 Clip-in tile
the halls and officesPLAFOMETAL-SC-220 is a system designed for discreet and uniform ceiling surfaces. The PM2 panels are clipped between hidden carriers to create a monolithic surface. Access to the plenum is achieved using a specific tool that limits access to equipment, with a wide opening from below to facilitate maintenance phases throughout the building's lifespan.
Selection guide
- Acoustic comfort
The advantages of the system
- Aesthetic: Ceiling with a discreet and uniform appearance
- Acoustic: High correction, absorption coefficient αw up to 1 (NRC = 1)
- Dimension: Various widths and lengths of panels available
- Access: Removable from below with a specific tool, providing wide access to the plenum.
Description
- Wall-to-wall suspended ceiling consisting of clipped panels on concealed carriers
- Self-supporting steel panel type Clip-In with seamless edges and sharp angles with strips on the transverse sides
- In standard installation, the secondary T carrier to which the panel is clipped is connected to a primary U carrier by a very simple-to-install connecting hanger that allows for easy adjustment of spacings between carriers. This connection can be locked by screwing
- Two alternative installation options: secondary T connected to primary U by a steel wire bracket; secondary T directly suspended, without a primary carrier
- Acoustic enhancements as an optional feature
