Fire resistance:

France

Fire resistance SF 1/2 h according to the test described in the Decree of March 22, 2004 annex 1 §2.5 meeting the current French fire regulations in force for common access in high-rise buildings. The implementation must comply with the Classifying Report and extensions. Please contact us.

Chemical resistance

Metal ceilings are resistant* to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants. However, we particularly recommend certain disinfectants based on the type of ceiling:

Sodium hypochlorite 2.5%: no visual change on all ceilings
Hydrogen peroxide 6%: only black post-lacquered ceilings show a minor visual change, no visual change is observed on other ceilings
Ethanol 70%: only white pre-lacquered, black post-lacquered, and wood finish ceilings show a minor visual change, no visual change is observed on other ceilings

This also applies to all pre-lacquered/post-lacquered steel or aluminum products from the ALPHA, ALPHA PLUS, and DECIBEL ranges. *exposure according to EN 12720; disinfection and wet abrasion according to ISO 11998

Our ceilings are 100% endlessly recyclable.
They are durable, easy to maintain, non-dust-generating, particle-free, and vapor resistant, as well as inert and odorless.
They do not promote microbial growth and do not emit VOCs and formaldehydes.
This product has a verified Environmental and Health Declaration Sheet (FDES), downloadable from the website www.inies.fr or in the section Documentation.

Implementation

Implementation according to DTU 58.1 and classification report
Installation in circulation: wall angle to be fixed to the wall and Orial SF Plafometal hanging profile to be assembled by bolts (not provided) under the wall angle.

Note: for Fire-Resistant installation, refer to the installation guide "Stable au Feu Orial Plafometal" and always refer to the classification report available upon request.

Disassembling for access to the plenum

Opening of the panel by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the hooking profile. The panel tilts and remains suspended from the opposite profile. Replacement in the reverse manner while respecting the alignment of one element to another.
