Acoustic filling

Offer ALPHA: as standard, a black veil PLAFOMETAL is thermally bonded to the back of perforated ceilings.
Offer ALPHA PLUS: two filling options are available. The specific faced insulation for optimal performance or the specific bagged insulation for ease of implementation.

The acoustic performance of ceiling systems is guaranteed for products defined, controlled, and fully delivered by PLAFOMETAL.

Fire reaction

According to standard EN 13501-1:

Euroclass A1 for non-perforated pre-painted products
Euroclass A1 for pre-painted products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for non-perforated powder-coated products
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for powder-coated products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for products from the ALPHA PLUS range

Chemical resistance

Metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants. However, we recommend certain disinfectants based on the type of ceiling:

Sodium hypochlorite 2.5%: no visual change on all ceilings
Hydrogen peroxide 6%: only black post-painted ceilings show a minor visual change, no visual change is observed on other ceilings
Ethanol 70%: only white pre-painted, black post-painted, and wood finish ceilings show a minor visual change, no visual change is observed on other ceilings

This also applies to all pre-painted/post-painted steel or aluminum products in the ALPHA, ALPHA PLUS, and DECIBEL ranges.*exposure according to EN 12720; disinfection and wet abrasion according to ISO 11998

Our ceilings are 100% infinitely recyclable.
They are durable, easy to maintain, non-dust-generating, particle-free, and vapor-free, as well as inert and odorless.
They do not promote microbial growth and do not emit VOCs and formaldehydes.
This product has a verified EPD, which can be downloaded from the website www.inies.fr or in the section Documents.

Implementation

Implementation according to DTU 58.1
Installation in circulation: angle to be screwed to the wall every 300 mm
Tramming installation: hanger spacing every 1200 mm with wall starting at 300 mm and carrier spacing up to the self-supporting aspect of the panel. The edge finish can be accommodated with the profiles and the hollow joint used during circulation installation, provided that the length of the panels is compatible (full panels on the edge) with the room dimension.

Disassembling for access to the plenum

Disassembly of the panel by vertical push and lateral translation to escape the attachment profile (and the neighboring panel in the case of staggered installation). Clearance from below by tilting it to one side. Reinstallation in reverse order while respecting the alignment of one element with the other.
