Chemical resistance

Our metal ceilings are resistant to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants (according to standards EN 12720 and ISO 11998). Refer to the Maintenance page in the annexes for more details.

Implementation

• Installation in circulation: fixing strip to be fixed to the wall every 300 mm and hanging profile to be assembled with self-drilling screws under the fixing strip every 300 mm. Allow a minimum space of 15 mm between the wall and the edge of the panel.
• Grid installation: suspension every 1200 mm starting from the wall at 300 mm and carrier at the panel's length intervals (up to its self-support) +3 mm. The edge finishing can be created with the profiles and the hollow joint used during the circulation installation, provided that the panel lengths are compatible (full panels at the edge) with the room dimensions. The hollow joints, whether end-to-end or edge-to-edge, must be balanced during installation to ensure visual uniformity (use of shims recommended).

Disassembling for access to the plenum

• Disassembly by lifting the end of the adjacent panel resting on the panel to be removed, in order to release the overlap, then disassembly of the panel in question by vertical pushing, with lateral translation to escape the hanging profile.
• Clearance from below by tilting it on one side.
• Reinstallation in reverse, respecting the alignment of one element with the other.
