Acoustic filling

ALPHA offer: as standard, a black scrim PLAFOMETAL is thermally bonded to the back of perforated ceilings.
ALPHA PLUS offer: two filling options are available. Specific surfaced insulant for optimal performance or specific bagged insulant for easy installation.

The acoustic performances of the ceiling systems are guaranteed for defined, controlled, and fully delivered products by PLAFOMETAL.

According to standard EN 13501-1:

Euroclass A1 for non-perforated prelacquered products
Euroclass A1 for prelacquered products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for non-perforated powder-coated postlacquered products
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for powder-coated postlacquered products from the ALPHA range
Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for products from the ALPHA PLUS range

Chemical resistance

Metal ceilings are resistant* to sodium hypochlorite 2.5%, hydrogen peroxide 6%, or ethanol 70% disinfectants. However, we recommend specific disinfectants based on the type of ceiling:

Sodium hypochlorite 2.5%: no visual change on all ceilings
Hydrogen peroxide 6%: only black post-lacquered ceilings show minor visual changes, no visual changes are observed on other ceilings
Ethanol 70%: only white pre-lacquered, black post-lacquered, and wood finish ceilings show minor visual changes, no visual changes are observed on other ceilings

This also applies to all pre-lacquered/post-lacquered steel or aluminum products from the ALPHA, ALPHA PLUS, and DECIBEL offerings.*exposure according to EN 12720; disinfection and wet abrasion according to ISO 11998

Our ceilings are 100% recyclable indefinitely.
They are durable, easy to maintain, non-dust-generating, particle-free, and vapor-free, as well as inert and odorless.
They do not promote microbial growth and do not emit VOCs and formaldehydes.
This product has a verified Environmental and Health Declaration Sheet (FDES), which can be downloaded from the website www.inies.fr or in the section Documentation.

Implementation

Implementation according to DTU 58.1
Installation in circulation: bracket to be fixed to the wall every 1000 mm, Omega profile to be assembled by self-drilling screws under the bracket, tab to slide into the Omega, axis and clips to be assembled with the panel, and Axess edge profile to be fixed to the wall every 300mm.

Disassembling for access to the plenum

Opening of the panel by vertical push then lateral translation to escape the edge profile on which the panel rests. The panel tilts and remains suspended on the pivoting axes. Reassembly in reverse: alignment is automatically done in the closed position.
