Sophysa Laboratory, Besançon
Sophysa, a place of excellence dedicated to the research and production of cutting-edge medical equipment.
We were pleased to contribute to the construction of the new Sophysa building, installing 5,369 m² of Horus grid ceilings, which combine acoustic comfort and aesthetics.
The Horus grid, suspended from a concealed support structure, is distinguished by its ability to provide a perfectly flat ceiling surface, without visible supports, thus creating visual homogeneity across the ceiling. It is this unique feature of the Horus grid that allows for these large, monolithic, mirror-like effects.
The Horus tray allows ventilation of the plenum, therefore it is suitable for hospital environments and spaces with high sanitary constraints.
