Only in the event of a sale of PLAFOMETAL and its rights could the said information be transmitted to the potential purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligations regarding data preservation and modification in relation to the Site User.

Furthermore, the Site Owner is authorized to conduct studies and statistical analyses on the usage and typology of the Site Users, provided that their anonymity is ensured.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 34 of Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to modify the personal data collected about them. To do so, the User must send:
