A renovation blending heritage and innovation

The renovation project at 59 Rue Lafayette, a Haussmann-inspired building constructed in 1923 in the heart of Paris, aimed to transform the property into fully flexible, high-end offices. Led by Amundi Immobilier and in collaboration with Bouchaud Architectes, this major restructuring was part of an effort to enhance Paris’s architectural heritage.

Plafometal worked with the project’s technical teams and the HVAC contractor to provide a low-profile tilting acoustic tray solution. A ceiling combining aesthetic appeal, acoustic performance, and thermal comfort, while ensuring optimal environmental impact.
